How can I place an order?

What should I do if my order is missing an item or I received the wrong product?
If your order arrives with a missing product or an incorrect item, please contact customer support as soon as possible.
When submitting your request, please include the following information:
Your order number
A clear photo of the product you received (image size under 1MB)
After the issue has been confirmed, a replacement item will typically be arranged without additional cost. In many cases, the incorrect item does not need to be returned.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Changes to an order can usually be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order was submitted.
If you need to update the delivery address, change products, or correct order details, please contact support as soon as possible.
Requests submitted after the processing deadline may no longer be eligible for modifications because the order may already be prepared for shipment.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order was placed.
After this time, the order may already be in processing or preparing for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
