Returns &Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation requests can be accepted as long as the request is submitted before the order enters the processing or shipping stage. If the cancellation is approved in time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Return Requests
Customers may request a return within 14 days after the item has been delivered.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
The item must not have been used
The product must remain in the same condition as when it was received
The item must be returned in its original packaging
3. Proof of Purchase
In order to process a return request, a valid proof of purchase is required. Acceptable documentation may include:

4. Important Return Instructions
Products should not be sent back without contacting customer support first.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is requested for personal reasons (for example ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the carrier selected.
Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return shipping cost will not be charged to the customer.
6. Shipping Fee Policy
No additional restocking fees will be applied.
Shipping fees may only be charged once where applicable and will not be duplicated during the return process.
7. Refund Approval Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a notification will be sent confirming whether the refund request has been approved.
Processing Time
If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
