After an order has been successfully placed, preparation and fulfillment normally begin within approximately 5 business days.

Once the package has been dispatched, the expected delivery timeframe is generally 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, and local delivery services.

Tracking Your Order

When an order is shipped, a shipping confirmation message containing the tracking number will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

This tracking number can be used on international parcel tracking websites to follow the shipment and check the current delivery status.

Address Changes

If you need to update the delivery address after placing an order, the request must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order was created.

After this time, the order may already be in processing or shipping preparation and address modifications may no longer be possible.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

Orders can be shipped to a location that is different from the billing address used for payment.
